- Is DORMİ a safe place to stay?
Providing a safe hostel and accommodation is one of our main concerns. We have staff working 24 hours a day, full CCTV coverage, key access to the rooms and there are safes in each room.
- Do you serve food?
DORMİ Cafe serves a variety of meals between the morning and late evening.
- Are meals included?
Meals can be purchased at favourable prices on a pay as you go basis.
- Are there printing or scanning facilities?
It is possible to print, fax and scan small documents. You just need to ask reception.
- Do you have Internet?
We provide free Wi-Fi in all our common areas and in the rooms. Faster internet is also available against a small fee.
- Do all rooms have kitchen and en-suite facilities?
Yes, we have only private rooms and you are guaranteed not to share it with anyone else. All rooms are en-suite which means that the room has toilet and shower facilities accessible from within. In addition to the normal tea and coffee facilities, every room also has a kitchen.
- Is there somewhere to wash and dry my clothes at DORMİ?
Yes, DORMİ laundry room is located on B1 floor and the machines are operated by tokens only. Tokens for the washing machine, dryer plus detergent can be purchased for just 5 TL from the reception. There is a complimentary iron and an ironing board available for use in the laundry room.

- How can I book a room?
Please contact DORMİ management team directly by email or phone by following our respective link.
- Do you accept Euros or US Dollars?
In adition to Turkish Liras, we accept Euros, US Dollars, Pound Sterlings.
- How can I pay?
You can pay via cash, credit card or bank transfer.
- When do I pay?
You will need to pay the full amount for your booking to confirm your booking before you check in. Any deposits you may have paid will be deducted from your bill. Finalized reservations cannot be cancelled.
DORMİ rules
- What are your under 18 rules?
Persons under 18 must have written permission from their legal guardian stating they are allowed to stay in the dormitory.
- Can I share a room to save money?
No, we cannot allow more than one person to stay in a single room.
- Can I smoke there?
DORMİ operates a strict no smoking policy in line with North Cyprus regulations but we do provide smoking outdoor areas.
- Can my friend or family visit me?
To ensure our high level of security for our guests, outside guests are only allowed in with a valid id between the hours of 08:00 and 00:00. Family members can stay over for a short term and we are happy to provide complimentary supplemental beds.
- Are utilities included in the price?
Electricity and water meters are activated with prepaid cards and available for sale at reception. This allows fair pricing and use of utilities.
